Skype for Android is updated to version 3.1

Skype for Android, an Android application that needs no introduction, just received a new update. This is version, with portrait calling on tablets, add new languages ​​(Portuguese, Norwegian and English (UK)), performance improvements and fix several bugs found in previous versions.
